In the 1970s, our father Raffaele transformed his butcher shop into a small restaurant to welcome tourists and locals.
Every day, we work to preserve that same spirit of simplicity and hospitality.

The art of dough-making, selecting the finest flours, yeast, raw ingredients, the wood-fired oven, and a deep passion are the key ingredients for the perfect pizza!
Being a pizzaiolo is an age-old craft rooted in experience and dedication. In Naples, it's almost considered a religion. Gino's love for pizza began in his youth, when he would observe the pizza makers working in his family's kitchen, and his passion continues to this day. Whatever pizza you choose, Gino will craft it just for you.
